A few days ago, my son and future daughter-in-law visited us for dinner. They were on their way the next day for a short vacation on the cape and then back to Denver. We began our celebration with a pitcher-full of Hugo Spritz. I made Sweet Pea Crostini with Prosciutto. Dinner was Shrimp Stir Fry with Ramen, Asparagus, Pepper and a Spicy Peanut Sauce. Served dinner with Naan and a delightful rose wine. Susan made Chocolate Pudding for dessert. Great food, conversation and music–from Steely Dan to Thievery Corporation to Willie Nelson.
