Experience Friendly Banking at Farmington Bank in West Springfield

Two weeks ago I received an e-mail from Katrina at Farmington Bank inquiring if I had any photographs of Mittineague Park here in West Springfield.

I do. I am at the park often. Photographing the beauty of the fields. The stone bridge. The waterfall. You can see some photos here.

Here I am yesterday at the park:

Katrina told me Farmington Bank was opening a new branch here in West Springfield and they wanted to display some art by local artists in the lobby.

Katrina bought this print of Mittineague for the bank’s lobby:

Last week I was at the West Springfield Post Office and noticed Farmington Bank was open. It is right across the street from the post office at 85 Elm Street. I went in to the bank to see my photo.

And I was greeted by three friendly people. Three smiling people. Three informative people. I was struck by their excellent customer service and their positive spirits.

I mentioned that my money was with a bank in Connecticut where I once worked for a photography studio. I further explained that I wanted to open an account here in West Springfield–making banking more convenient. I said I would be back.

And I did go back. Yesterday. I opened both a personal account and an account for my business, Bruce Barone Photography. And again Candice, Nicole, Nikki, and Syed were all very friendly and helpful.

Here is the bank’s display of art in the lobby:
