    1) Lovely images… all 3 of them.2) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! What a fun weekend you two have in store. I hope you enjoy every second of it. =)3) I made the shrimp/pineapple rice last night instead (forgot that I was going out tonight), and it was incredibly simple and flavorful. I’m not sure why I said I’d use “parboiled” brown rice in my comment (thinking of another recipe), but I did use cooked brown rice, and it was wonderful. And like you said, more moist than Chinese fried rice. Just had the rest of it for lunch too!!
