  1. bruce, instantly this reminded me of a photograph by eva rubinstein and the larger and important conversation around it (she tried to reproduce it and was unsuccessful at it – the moment infused with her being the first time). there is a very good article here, a conversation between she and frank horvat http://www.horvatland.com/pages/entrevues/10-rubinstein-en_en.htm i love this conversation.wonderful and evocative image. just days ago i sat and took photos through doorways of doors and light and shadow. there is never enough contemplation of the common and transient.xoerin
