Susan and I I recently re-watched Spike Lee‘s film “Do The Right Thing” and it is as powerful and relevant today as it was in 1989. The photo is from my book “Famous People Famous Places” with an introduction by Lucy Sante. The photo contains two motifs from the film: a boom box and a Asian corner grocery store.
