Today, Tuesday, March 8, is the birthday of Alan Hovhannes.
Today, I had the great pleasure of listening to his Symphony No. 63, “Loon Lake” & Guitar Concerto No. 2.
Hovhannes once said:
“I’ve always regarded nature as the clothing of God.”
